PDF up to 50 MB and 200 pages · Free for statements up to 5 pagesYour statement's own columns
Column names, order, descriptions and references stay exactly as printed on the statement.
Numbers, not text
Amounts and balances are real numbers in Excel, so SUM, sorting and filters work straight away.
Deleted automatically
The PDF is deleted after processing and converted files within 24 hours, or 7 days after you unlock them.
A Clean Spreadsheet That Matches Your Statement
Upload a PDF statement and get one clean worksheet in Excel and CSV, with the same columns, rows and values as the original. No extra sheets or columns.
Your Statement's Own Columns
The worksheet keeps the column names and order printed on your statement, such as "Withdrawals", "Particulars" or "Ref #". Row order, references, amounts and balances stay as they are.
Real Numbers in Excel
Amounts and balances are real numbers, so SUM, sort and filter work straight away. They are displayed like the statement, for example (99.86) or 158.84 DR.
Wrapped Descriptions Joined
When a description runs over several lines, the lines are joined into one cell, so each transaction stays on one row. Repeated page headers and footers are removed.
Dates Handled Carefully
Dates become real Excel dates when the statement prints a full date. Dates printed without a year stay exactly as printed, so nothing is guessed.
Free Preview Before You Pay
See the first 10 rows, with exactly the same columns as the download, before you pay. If a statement cannot be read reliably you get an error, not a partial file, and you are not charged.
Up to 200 Pages, 50 MB
Upload digital PDF bank or credit-card statements. Scanned PDFs also work through OCR, but are slower and limited to 15 scanned pages.
Works With Most Digital Statements
LedgerLift works with most digital statements that print transactions in a table. Results depend on the statement layout, so always check the free preview before you download.

How We Handle Your Statements
Bank statements are private. We keep your files only as long as needed to convert them and let you download the result, then delete them.
Files Deleted Automatically
Your uploaded PDF is deleted right after processing (or within 24 hours if processing never finishes). Converted files and the preview are deleted 24 hours after upload if not unlocked, or 7 days after unlocking. You can also delete them immediately from the conversion page.
PDF Passwords Kept Briefly
If your PDF has a password, it is stored encrypted for at most 15 minutes, only to open the file, and is then deleted.
Not Used to Train AI
Your statements are not used to train AI models, and no external AI service is used to convert them.
HTTPS and Secure Payments
Uploads and downloads travel over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Razorpay, so LedgerLift never sees your card details. No account is needed.

Both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (UTF-8).
