We process the PDF statements you upload only to convert them into Excel and CSV files for you. No account is needed. If you create an optional account, we keep your conversion history.
The uploaded PDF is deleted right after processing, or within 24 hours if processing never finishes. The converted files and preview are deleted 24 hours after upload if they are not unlocked, or 7 days after unlocking. You can delete them immediately with the delete button on the conversion page.
If your PDF is password-protected, you enter the password and it is stored encrypted for at most 15 minutes, only to open the file. It is then deleted.
Your statements are not used to train AI models, and no external AI service is used to convert them.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. LedgerLift never sees your card details. If you give us your email address, for example to receive a free-allowance verification code or a receipt, we use it only for those service messages.
Data sent between your browser and LedgerLift travels over HTTPS.
