A standard UTF-8 CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets and most other tools. Text containing commas is quoted so it stays in one column.
Your Statement's Own Columns
The CSV keeps the column names and order printed on your statement, such as "Withdrawals", "Particulars" or "Ref #". No extra columns are added.

The CSV has the same columns, rows and values as the Excel file, which you also get with every download.
Full Descriptions and References
Descriptions that wrap over several lines are joined into one field. References, amounts and balances are kept, and repeated page headers and footers are removed.

The same columns, in the same order, as the transaction table on your statement. LedgerLift does not rename them or add extra columns.
Any text containing a comma (for example "Acme Corp, LLC") is wrapped in double quotes, so spreadsheet apps keep it in one column.
Yes. You get a free preview of the first 10 rows, with exactly the same columns as the download. Results depend on the statement layout, so always check the preview. If a statement cannot be read reliably, you see an error instead of a partial file and are not charged.
The uploaded PDF is deleted right after processing (or within 24 hours if processing never finishes). The converted files and preview are deleted 24 hours after upload if not unlocked, or 7 days after unlocking. You can also delete them immediately from the conversion page.
