Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered
The converted Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv) files of the bank statement you uploaded.
2. How and when it is delivered
Files are delivered online, on the conversion page of our website, right after the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds and at most a few minutes. Free downloads are delivered right after the email code is confirmed. No courier is involved.
3. Delivery cost and locations
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The service is available worldwide wherever our website can be reached.
4. How long downloads remain available
After unlocking, you can download the files again for 7 days. After that they are deleted for your privacy, so please save them on your device.
5. If delivery fails
If you paid and the download does not unlock within a few minutes, refresh the conversion page. If it is still locked, email support@pdftorow.com with your Conversion ID and Razorpay payment ID. Charges without delivery are refunded in full; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
