Yes, you can upload the card statement PDF. On a card statement, purchases, fees and interest increase what you owe while payments and credits reduce it, which is the opposite of a checking account. After converting, compare the totals with the account summary on the statement. The free preview shows the first 10 rows, so use it to check the columns and signs before you pay.
For credit cards, Citi lists PDF, Quicken and Microsoft Money formats for statements from the past 12 months. Citi does not document a CSV export window for bank accounts, so for older periods the PDF statement is usually what you have to work with.
These steps are for Citi Online in the United States. Citi says paperless statements are not available for business accounts managed through Citi Online, and Citi banks in other countries use their own online banking, so menus and statement history may differ.
