- Under "View by account", select your FlexAccount, FlexDirect, FlexPlus, or savings account.
- In the mobile app, tap your profile icon, choose "My documents" under settings, and select your account.
- Select the statement period or closing date and download the PDF statement to your computer or phone.
Note: Nationwide stores up to 36 months (3 years) of monthly PDF statements online in the Internet Bank. For transactions older than 36 months, paper copies must be requested via web chat, phone (03457 30 20 11), or in branch.
