Export formats
Every conversion gives you Excel (.xlsx) and CSV with your statement's own columns. When a statement can be written exactly, you also get the formats below at no extra cost. If a format cannot be written exactly, it is not offered.
Excel (.xlsx)
The statement's own columns with real numbers and dates where they can be read exactly.
CSV (.csv)
The same rows and values as the Excel file, as plain UTF-8 text.
QuickBooks CSV (.csv)
Convert a bank statement PDF into a 3-column Date, Description, Amount CSV that follows Intuit’s QuickBooks Online upload layout. Free preview first.
JSON (.json)
Convert a bank statement PDF into structured JSON with every transaction and the statement balances, for scripts and your own tools. Free preview first.
OFX (.ofx)
Convert a bank statement PDF into an OFX 2.x file for accounting software that imports OFX. Account details are placeholders. Free preview first.
The price depends on the statement's page count, never on the format you pick.
